If you are not familiar with the term, a fad is something that quickly gains popularity and may fade just as quickly. Clothing, food and hairstyles are all areas that are subject to fads. They are often driven by social media and are difficult to predict.

RED ANKLE BOOTS

Suddenly every it girl is wearing this kind of boots. This are the perfect choice for a not so original outfit, it gives life to it and looks like you actually made an effort.

They go with practically everything. Dresses, skirts, vinyl trousers, jeans,...

It's a statement piece that has the power to transform a basic look in something fashionable.

WHITE SHOES

While searching for some inspiration on Tumblr and Pinterest I noticed that a lot of street style photos had something in common: white shoes.

Something that was trendy in the 70s in now back on the streets and honestly I could not be happier.

My favorites are the kitten heels, very vintage and classic, perfect to go with a hoodie to create an original outfit. They are available in Zara, Primark, Stradivarius and probably in every other fast- fashion store.

Though there a lot of other models available if you prefer, for example, boots.

It's definitely a must.

GUCCI BELT

I think this started on Instagram with all the "insta girls" and bloggers.

Personally, I am definitely not a fan but I had to put put it in this post because it is almost impossible to be on social media and not see this belt.

If you do not have enough money to buy it (since it is Gucci and well, not all of us are rich) you can find very good replicas on the internet.

The truth is it gives your outfit a different look so if you like it, go for it.

VINYL

I loooove this. It is so different, so original.

I think we all need to get out of our comfort zone and this is a good piece for that. There are a million of possible outfits to make with this so there is really no excuse.

If you are more conservative I would go or with red or black. If you are in the food for a bolder outfit, green vinyl is deffinetly an option.

There are so many choices, just go to a store and find what suits you better.
